Yapraklar Construction, registered in 1986 in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry by its founder Ibrahim Halil Yaprak, started participating in various important projects.

After the completion of transportation and road construction works within the Adana – Ankara highway project, the company started building real estate in Antalya in 1993. The company continues to create safe and comfortable living spaces by combining its long-established commercial approach with modern technologies.

ISO 14001

ISO 14001 Certificate is a quality management standard that controls the environmental impact of manufacturing operations and activities. Yapraklar Construction deserved this certificate due to being an environmentally friendly and socially responsible company.

ISO 9001

«Quality Management Certificate» ISO 9001, which is a set of standards published by ISO, determines the development of a quality management system in order to increase the customer satisfaction.

ISO 10002

«Customer Satisfaction Management System» is another standard certificate held by our company, which is also included in the ISO 9001 standard. This certificate ensures efficiency and effectiveness of an integrated and customer-focused infrastructure. Introduction tour

Our Introduction tour is a service offered by us in order to inform you about our projects that are for sale. We will meet you at the airport and will provide detailed information about our company and our projects. At the same time, we are always at your service so that you can get information about Antalya. If you would like to become the owner of one of the Yapraklar Construction projects, we will be pleased to host you within our «Introduction Tour» that we will organize for you free of charge.

With the help of Yapraklar Construction, it is very easy to buy real estate in Turkey… All you need is your passport! Yapraklar Construction is ready to help you at every step during and after the purchase. Once all the payments according to the payment plan in the sales contract have been made, we will help you to prepare the TAPU (Certificate of Ownership) documents.

For transferring the Title from the Seller to the Buyer both parties should be present at the Directorate of Land Registry and Cadaster. Once the Tapu (Certificate of Ownership) documents for your new home have been received we will help you to prepare the necessary documentation for getting utilities like water and electricity connected.

Yapraklar Construction guaranties you support througout the buying and selling processes in accordance with the laws of the Republlic of Turkey. If you have any questions, you can contact us by phone and/or email.

After-sales services

As a property owner from Yapraklar Construction projects, you qualify for our after-sales services. Our services, especially for foreign citizens ensure that many after-sales procedures are completed without any problems. Some of them are as follows:

- Technical and legal support within the after-sales service
- Professional consultations in different languages
- Registration of property rights
- Receiving T.R.Tax number
- Application for water and electricity subscriptions (after receiving the Certificate of Ownership in your name – TAPU)
- Residence permit application
- Opening the T.R.bank account in your name
- Payning utilities bills
- Payning annual property tax
